White lover / Shiroi Koibito

Hi Hi

Today will show you guys the recipe of doing white lover.

Below are the 5 ingredients needed:


240g white chocolate, 50g sugar, 1 egg, 100g cake flour and 100g butter.

1) First of all, you need a piece of paper.

Draw square of 4cm each on a piece of A4 paper. Leaving space about 1-2cm in between.


2) Use mircowave to heat up the butter of 100g. Stir evenly.


3) Add sugar of 50g into the butter and mixed well.


4) Add 1 egg.


5) Sift in 100g of cake flour and stir it well.


6) You can add vanilla extract if you like.


7) Transfer the batter to a pastry bag, snip off the end.


8) Place the template under the parchment paper.


9) Pipe out the batter in the squares.


10) Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degree Celsius.


11) Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.


12) Melt the white chocolate of 120g.


13) Line a square container with plastic wrap.


14) Pour in the white chocolate and spread evenly.


15) Place it in the freezer to harden up a little bit.


16) Cut it into squares shapes


17) While the chocolate is soft, place it between two cookies.


18) Harden up completely in the freezer
